Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
